About the role:

• Prepare, review, and file local tax reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)

• Maintain and update tax records and stay current with tax law revisions.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies; anticipate potential tax filing conflicts.

• Assist with tax audits and annual external financial audits

• Validate payroll registers (earnings, deductions, bank files).

• Prepare and book payroll journal vouchers (JVs) in Oracle.

About the team:

• We are currently 4 head count in the team and directly reporting to India FP&A

• We are reporting from Monday to Friday from 11 am to 8 pm

• We are on a hybrid work set up wherein we are required to report to office at least twice a week

• Our main responsibility are statutory compliance and payments, payroll and F&F validation and settlement, intercompany billings and settlement, month close journal entries and analysis and other finance functions.

• We coordinate with TPO, Corporate Tax Team, external tax consultants, and Operations

What you will be doing:

• Supervising accounting, payroll, and finance staff to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Develops and administers schedules and performance standards for the team.

• Works with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to support strategic and operational outcomes
