About the Team
Our team comprises professionals capable of providing 24x7 support, management of production‑impacting incidents across our global client base. We work on critical and impactful challenges within financial services and technology, as part of a collaborative and dynamic team. The role focuses on ensuring rapid service restoration, coordinating effectively with technology teams, and maintaining timely communication with stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing
- Handle and escalate incidents, notify L3 teams and management, and initiate bridge calls to bring the right teams together for faster resolution.
- Share clear updates on client-impacting issues, coordinate action plans, and determine when an RCA is required. Work closely with technical teams to gather accurate inputs.
- Ensure that change requests are properly reviewed, authorized, and executed as per internal processes.
- Contribute to service improvement by sharing feedback on tools, processes, and overall service quality.
- Assist with automation tools and processes, Identify performance tuning needs and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
- Collect and maintain key incident‑related information and ensure accurate, timely updates to internal teams.
- This is a US‑shift role, with working hours from 11:00 PM To 8:00 AM IST, depending on business requirements.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in IT services or technology environments.
- Applies growing professional knowledge to resolve a variety of issues while following company policies and procedures.
- Works on moderately complex issues requiring good analytical skills and judgment. Builds strong working relationships internally and externally.
Added Bonus If You Have
- ITIL Foundation certification (current version)
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Grafana and Splunk will be considered an added benefit
- Familiarity with Networking tools/domain
