About the Role
• You will support business process operations by executing transaction processing activities with accuracy and consistency.
• You will ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to defined procedures and service level expectations.
• The role focuses on resolving routine processing issues and maintaining operational efficiency across systems.
• Success is measured through quality, timeliness, and the ability to support reliable, compliant operations.

What You Will Be Doing
• Process transactions accurately within defined service level agreements
• Review, validate, and enter data across multiple systems
• Identify and resolve routine processing exceptions and discrepancies
• Follow established procedures to maintain compliance and operational controls
• Maintain detailed documentation of processing activities and updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and performance metrics
• Support quality checks, audits, and reporting activities
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
• Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain compliance standards
• Proficiency with computer systems, data entry tools, and business applications
• Problem-solving skills for handling routine discrepancies
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of operations or transaction processing
• High school diploma or skills-based equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in business process services or financial operations
• Familiarity with transaction processing systems and workflow tools
• Knowledge of compliance, risk, or quality control practices
• Experience working with service level agreements and performance metrics
• Continuous improvement mindset with exposure to process optimization
