We are looking for experienced Consultants to join the Enterprise Treasury Professional Services team. The successful candidates will engage within the treasury function within the client’s business, in order to assist clients to configure and implement all the licensed Quantum Treasury Management System modules, deliver training and make pro-active suggestions to improve processes where applicable.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for completion of consulting assignments as part of FIS Treasury implementations and projects
Implement other areas of our treasury software solutions and assist clients to re-engineer their business processes within a treasury context
Mentor and support less experienced consultants, transferring specialist knowledge of Quantum to other members of the Professional Services team
Display competency within the complex modules of Treasury, Commodities, Accounting and Risk Management
Identify opportunities where additional services beyond the core implementation tasks may be offered and work closely with defined line management to pursue the opportunity
What you bring:
Some experience in consulting and/or software application implementations in a Treasury or Banking context
Sound understanding of the software implementation project lifecycle, specifically in banking software or treasury software
Good understanding of the financial markets, at least in one of the following areas – Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity, Cash Management or Regulatory Requirements
A degree (or equivalent) in IT, Finance, Business, Economics or Engineering
Knowledge of Accounting practices
Knowledge of financial instruments (FX, MM, IRS, FRA, Bonds etc.)
Perfectly fluent in English. A second European language is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build, maintain strong client relationships
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good presentation skills
Able to take the initiative and work independently or in a team
Good understanding of relational databases and utilisation of SQL on an intermediate user level
Ability to deliver to tight timeframes, linked to serving a primarily European client base
Optional:
Crystal or systems reporting knowledge
Previous implementation experience of TMS/ERP would be beneficial (Murex, Calypso, Kondor+, SAP, etc)
Previous consulting experience, working for a bank treasury department or financial audit services
ACCA or AMCT qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential

“FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is 98,000 - 140,000 PLN and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
