Knowledge Management Professional

What does a successful Knowledge Management Professional for Servicing, Merchant Solutions do at Fiserv?

As a Content Creator, you will leverage your technical knowledge and writing skills to produce clear, accurate, and engaging knowledge for Fiserv's products. Your efforts will simplify complex information for Service Agents and Call Center team members, enhancing our AI tool's functionality and ultimately assisting our merchant clients with their service experience. What you will do:

• Write clear and helpful documentation for Fiserv's products, including Knowledge Base Articles, User Guides, and Quick References.
• Utilize product knowledge and editing skills to deliver top-notch documentation.
• Handle all aspects of documentation development, including identifying requirements and reporting timelines to the project sponsor.
• Research, write, and verify documentation with relevant departments to ensure accuracy.
• Transform complex or unstructured data into user-friendly material and review requirements for product enhancements.
• Perform quality checks, including technical reviews by development teams and other SMEs.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Mass Communications, English, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or Communications.
• 3 years of writing experience in the financial industry.
• Experience with MS Office, including PowerPoint, and HTML.
• Experience working with SMEs and Product teams to obtain information.
• Prior experience with knowledge management methodologies, tools, and concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow and a working knowledge of KCS Knowledge-Centered Support methodology.
