Reconciliation Analyst IIWhat does a great SCS Reconciliation Analyst II do?
In this role you will be a member of the Settlement Controls & Solutions Team supporting the daily settlement activities such as: Cash Management, Reconciliation, Exceptions, and Audit & Controls. You will be responsible for identifying trends to determine when issues occur and creating ways to resolve/prevent them. An individual in this role is expected to be a change leader and provide support to both internal team members and other departments, as needed.
You will be tasked with learning the processes handled within the team, resolving out of balance situations, working through escalations, and driving positive change to processes and tasks we support.
A great SCS Reconciliation Analyst II enjoys identifying opportunities for enhancement to existing processes, working with the appropriate teams to implement solutions, and creating controls and procedures for new business, as needed.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration

• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, from peers to Senior Vice Presidents, as well as external clients
• Track record of strategically solving problems
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• Advanced critical thinking capabilities to identify and resolve issues timely and effectively
• Advanced situation and time management capabilities in high pressure situations
• Expert capabilities with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint
• Background in Accounting/Bookkeeping, Finance, Treasury, Banking, or Data Analytics/Metrics
Travel required: Up to 10%
