Service Management Advisor

What does a successful Service Management - Advisor do at Fiserv?

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of Output Solutions services for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. You will work closely with various teams, proactively planning in alignment with Output Solutions conversions, implementations, product management, and client services.

What you will do:

  • Maintain the primary Fiserv relationship in clients' project management and operational areas
  • Collaborate with Client Executives and clients on operational strategy
  • Continue to maintain industry and product knowledge to assist in finding creative and alternative solutions for our clients.
  • Manage the client ecosystem within Fiserv including project management, inventory management, and operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate meetings with clients including but not limited to weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews
  • Coordinate in-person meeting with clients at Fiserv or client locations

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in client or customer facing role

What would be great to have:

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to stay in control while working in a continually changing, deadline driven work environment

Important Info about this roll:

  • Travel 10-15% required
