Product Solutions Analyst

The Product Solutions Organization is tasked with maximizing the value of Fiserv solutions for our clients and for our business. We advise Fiserv clients on the most effective use of Fiserv solutions to drive impactful, cost-effective outcomes and provide strategic feedback to our product and technology teams.

As a successful Product Solutions Analyst, you will drive strategic outcomes and set our technology partners up for success while you develop your own comprehensive understanding of Fiserv products and the financial technology space. You will work closely with seasoned product experts who will help you learn and document how we can meet client needs by tapping into our diverse product toolset. You will work directly with some of the largest financial institutions in the world. In this vital role, you will have a direct impact on client experience, ensuring the highest level of service and quality is constantly delivered to our customers.

What you will do:

• Work closely with clients and internal partners to troubleshoot, research and ultimately drive solutions to key client requests

• Develop product knowledge and document product-driven solutions critical to driving key client outcomes

• Create documentation to capture the business requirements and solution design for client approval and use by product development

• Take a “Client First” approach by providing consultative partnership to meet client and company objectives. Cultivate positive relationships with clients and internal partners

• Support PSO Advisors as they research and develop solution proposals to client needs related to credit card processing, debit card processing, healthcare FSA/HSA accounts, and various other business lines our clients offer

• Identify and document key insights based on customer needs and solutions to drive strategic investment in our product roadmap

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience over the phone and in writing by effectively navigating systems, procedures, and collaboration with internal resources

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

• 3 or more years advanced client-facing experience

• A passion for problem solving and an ability to partner with product owners and technologists

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service orientation and consistent focus on the end user

What would be great to have:

• Degree in Business or Technology

• Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry

• Knowledge of Fiserv systems, (PCF, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules, 3270)

• Experience and knowledge of technical methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile

Salary Range:

$57,300.00 - $77,700.00

These pay ranges apply to employees working in Nebraska. Ranges for employees in other states may differ.
