- 6+ years of experience with cloud and SaaS platform deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in production environments.
- 6+ years of experience working with CRM and sales platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to support pipeline management and opportunity handoff.
- 6+ years of experience producing technical RFI/RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and implementation plans for enterprise clients.
- 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with payments processors, acquiring/issuing platforms, or gateway integrations (e.g., Fiserv solutions, Worldpay, First Data).
- Familiarity with data formats and standards such as ISO 20022 and NACHA file formats.
- Proven experience managing executive-level technical presentations and stakeholder communications.
- Prior involvement in product roadmap planning or voice-of-customer programs.
