TITLE: MSTech, Gateways App Ops, Engineer

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Part-time telework permitted. Both subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Plan, manage and implement releases by building IT release calendars, determining readiness of each release, and leading go-live activities. Provide support for efficient resolution of IT infrastructure related to incidents, service requests and updated service desk management systems. Respond to application support escalations. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, enforce adherence to architectural standards and guidelines, and collaborate with product management and engineering teams to review software enhancements and provide feedback.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving DevOps or software engineering experience. Prior experience must include 4 years in the following: implementing Restful APIs and web services; working with application integrations and application deployments; working with scripting languages and shell scripting; working with Cloud technologies including IaaS, PaaS, and AWS; working with observability configuration management tools including Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, and Grafana; and implementing and supporting Enterprise Security solutions.
