Vendor Enrollment Supervisor

What We Need

FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Supervisor within our Vendor Enrollment division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be supervising a team of approximately 5 - 10 associates in a fast-paced Vendor Enrollment Supplier Outreach team. The Supervisor, Vendor Enrollment Supplier Outreach is responsible for daily oversight and management of the strategic caller team, ensuring customer issues are addressed, service levels are achieved, and processes are followed by all associates. You will report directly to the Supplier Outreach Director.

As a Vendor Enrollment Supervisor, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities


The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Providing daily direction to associates
  • Ensuring associates are adhering to schedules and that service levels are achieved on a daily basis
  • Working daily with VE Supplier Outreach leadership team on managing service levels by ensuring timely completion of assigned sprints.
  • Coordinating employee attendance and time management
  • Providing daily direction and coaching to associates through frequent daily communication with team
  • Developing performance improvement plans as needed and follow through on all disciplinary actions
  • Holding one-on-ones with associates providing constructive feedback on performance and ways they can continue to exceed in their position
  • Helping lead team meetings to share pertinent information to entire team
  • Identifying team and individual training needs and execute on training plans
  • Providing structured support to career development discussions ensuring associates understand their potential for growth within the company
  • Ensuring customer escalations are handled expeditiously and that all customer complaints are addressed quickly and appropriately with the associates
  • Must be able to handle escalations for all support types
  • Performing quality monitoring throughout the month on all associates, providing feedback as necessary
  • Participating in quality calibration sessions with the QA team ensuring consistency in scoring
  • Driving employee engagement by being available, accessible and mentoring staff
  • Using recognition and reward tools on a frequent basis
  • Assisting in coordination of departmental activities for the associates (i.e. CS week, monthly celebrations etc.)
  • Continuing to develop personal caller skills by working assigned sprint vendors and/or high level vendor assignments when needed
  • Assisting the team with calls in the event we are short staffed or behind on the sprint.
  • Performing auditing at the end of the two-week sprint.
  • Completing all job training required to stay informed about new products, policies and practices
  • Any other duties as assigned by VE management
  • Backing up Workforce Management team as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School diploma required; some college preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is required, 18 months + CS experience or experience in a supervisor role
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed to meet departmental guidelines
  • Computer literate, especially with Windows applications. Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft programs - Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Salesforce experience required with Vendor Enrollment data and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated skills in providing feedback and coaching for improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to grasp new procedures
  • Proven written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to be self-managing
