What We Need

FLEETCOR is seeking to hire a Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) to develop and execute a forward-focused talent acquisition strategy for our Sales hiring enterprise wide.  The leader will directly influence the team’s ability to deliver against our goals. They will provide a deep understanding of the external environment, organizational and divisional landscapes to ensure the recruiting delivery is aligned to support broad recruiting solutions, process improvements, and activities.  In this role, the Director of TA works closely with the business leaders, hiring managers, and their recruitment team to develop and execute methods of attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top sales talent for the organization.  They will manage a team of 4-6 full time and contract recruiters and report directly to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.   

 

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

 

  • Manage and hire a team of highly effective Sales recruiters to provide best in class service to our hiring managers
  • Create sourcing strategies that differentiate ourselves in the marketplace to attract a variety of sales talent
  • Assisting the team to ensure key KPIs are at a minimum met and ideally exceed around TTF, requisition management, and quality of service with minimal agency usage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring leaders throughout the sales ecosystem at FLEETCOR
  • Create, manage and deliver sales recruitment reporting
  • Working closely with management on all initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness and compliance in hiring practices
  • Working as a strategic partner to the business and building trust with hiring leaders and HR colleagues
  • Continuously improve the selection process and hiring decisions that reflect the business needs
  • Maintaining and promoting company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process and recommending process improvements to leadership
  • Lead a North America and/or global special project(s) in partnership with the Head of talent acquisition and your TA colleagues
  • Assist with the initial and ongoing training and development of new as well as current talent acquisition partners
  • Acting as the subject matter expert to both the talent acquisition team and business, by providing guidance on processes, and leading recruiting calls.
  • As needed, manage VP level and above searches across the Sales lines of business

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 12+ years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate recruitment environment 
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience effectively leading various Sales talent acquisition teams
  • Strong stakeholder management, business savvy, and acumen to partner in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in coaching and developing employees to drive team performance and outputs
  • Proven experience hiring a variety of Sales and GTM positions
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies that continually feed the candidate pipeline based on market availability
  • Executive search experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt practices and techniques to changing priorities and issues and provide proactive, effective change management and leadership.
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and self-sufficient
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and accommodate multiple internal clients
  • Demonstrated experience in providing accurate reporting and data such as TTF, Offer-to-Start ratio, and other key recruiting data previously held to measure metrics
  • Proficient in working with PC applications, online recruitment, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with Dayforce a plus, but not required.
