What We Need

FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Associate within our CLC division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and someone who truly enjoys helping clients to help drive client success. You will report directly to the Direct Accounts Manager.

How We Work

As a Customer Service Associate you will be expected to work in an office environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Wichita, KS.
  • Company-issued equipment.
  • Formal, hands-on training.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Efficiently and professionally handling customer calls and emails from clients and CLC hotel partners
  • Managing customer issues using best-in-class courtesy, tact, diplomacy as well as applying active listening and empathy skills
  • Relating to each individual’s customers’ needs, accurately answering questions, identifying problems and present solutions
  • Creating client value by consulting with clients to introduce program features and services to match client lodging program needs
  • Researching client disputes and ensure timely resolution
  • Redirecting customers to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate
  • Reviewing outstanding balance accounts and contacting clients weekly as part of team’s collection efforts
  • Performing additional customer service duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to multi-task by handling high call volume and email traffic
  • A team player with the confidence and passion to help our customers
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent active-listening skills and ability to develop rapport on the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer functions
