What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Corporate Travel Specialist Supervisor within our Lodging division. This position falls under our TA Connections line of business and is in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. In this role, your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a safe and positive work environment for the team. This position requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment. This position executes Corpay’s Airline Division strategy to support the company business strategy and values. You will report directly to Danyelle Simpson and regularly collaborate with supporting team(s)/department(s). How We Work

As a Supervisor you will be expected to work in an Hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
  • Company-issued equipment
  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Overseeing on-site team and establishing client relationship by being on-site at-least 3 days a week
  • Managing/Overseeing Team to achieve daily operational goals
  • 1st Escalation level for Leads
  • 2nd Escalation level for Clients
  • Client calls (established and onboarding)
  • Client Reporting
  • Agent QC and Reviews
  • Team Rosters - Draft and Upkeep
  • Payroll approvals (along with DP Manager)
  • Team Reporting and Documentation
  • Assisting Management with developing team members and succession planning
  • Disciplinary Actions (along with DP Manager)
  • Investigations (with assistance from Team Leads and DP Manager)
  • Leading any other tasks as required of the CORP Team assigned by Operations Management team
