Director, Solutions Consultants

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director, Solutions Consultants within our Payables division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is based remote. In this role, you will lead a team of Solutions Consultants who partner with the sales teams during the sales process by collaborating in discovery calls, assist with product recommendations and demonstrate the functionality of our products in relation to helping our prospective customers solve business needs and achieve their goals. You will report directly to the EVP Head of Sales.

How We Work

As a Director, Solutions Consultants you will be expected to work in a Remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and resources to the Solutions Consultant team.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams (Product, Product Marketing, Implementation, etc.) in order to stay up to date on strategic direction, functionality and process and proactively communicate that information within the sales organization.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to educate and assist our teams to sell more full file payments automation products.
  • Deeply understand drivers of key results and proactively highlight areas for improvement across multiple channels, products, and teams, creating solutions to address pain points.
  • Identify and institute creative methods for improving performance.
  • Develop and implement programs to help motivate, incentivize, and drive higher performance throughout your team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant / Sales Engineer role within B2B SAAS, payments, fintech or other relevant sales environment.
  • Experience as a people leader.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Must be a strong leader with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a rapidly changing market.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team of 4 Solutions Consultants to exceed team performance and provide professional development.
  • .Occasional business travel would be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters/MBA
  • B2B SaaS or Fintech/Payments experience.

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum OTE range is $140,000.00 - $200,000.00.
