Graphic Design Specialist

What We Need

CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Graphic Design Specialist within our Vehicle Payments Marketing division. This position falls under our North American Vehicle Payments business. In this role, you will assist in creatively executing our marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Creative Director. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly collaborative with the ability to think creatively, work efficiently, and communicate effectively while managing multiple, concurrent projects. As a Graphic Design Specialist, we expect the role to work on brands such as Fuelman, Comdata, Corpay One, Corpay and our partner brands. The position will report to the Creative Director and regularly collaborate with other subject matter experts across the organization, such as Brand and Product Marketing, Legal, Creative, Customer/Market Intelligence, Paid & Organic Social, Content & SEO, and Analytics teams. The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing various types of creative content for both digital and traditional mediums with an emphasis on animation and video editing.

How We Work

As a Graphic Design Specialist, you will be expected to work onsite. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Understanding the company's overall concept, including our brands, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of services
  • Conceptualizing, designing, and delivering compelling creative within tight deadlines while multitasking on various projects
  • Planning and executing new projects under the supervision of the Creative Director
  • Building creative content for new product launches, sales collateral, email campaigns, and more
  • Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
  • Studying creative briefs and conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
  • Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Working with copywriters, vendors, and the creative director to produce a final design as required
  • Delivering graphic design work on assigned projects: creative conception, sketching, animation design, feedback, iteration, and final delivery that are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Amending designs after feedback
  • Managing and adhering to strict timelines for the production of graphics
  • Navigating your own priorities and time on projects of various sizes from concept to completion
  • Managing and reviewing design work from external agencies

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience at agencies, studios, or in-house
  • Strong understanding of steps necessary to take a project from concept to launch
  • Expert-level skill with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
  • Experience creating materials in a variety of formats, including web, email, motion, and social
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate working well independently as well as with a team
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Willingness to quickly learn project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
