What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director USA Cross-Sell within our USA Cross-Sell division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding the adoption of the Corpay products among existing customers. The focus of this role is on cross-selling and maximizing the potential of client relationships to achieve business objectives. You will balance time effectively to penetrate existing customers, delivering solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. With a deep understanding of our entire suite of products, you will strategically position solutions to drive cross-sell revenue. You will report directly to Vice President,USA Cross-Sell.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic consultant to identify client needs and sell additional products to our existing customers.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key personnel at all levels within client organizations, ensuring Corpay remains a trusted partner.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth within client accounts and provide recommendations to improve their operations with Corpay products.
  • Develop and present strategic account reviews, focusing on best practices, industry insights and new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison across multiple lines of business, fostering collaboration among teams and leveraging internal resources.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Corpay’s entire portfolio – Corporate Payments, Fuel, and Lodging.
  • Stay informed about client industries, market trends, and payment processing innovations to provide expert advice.
  • Actively contribute to the development and execution of sales campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive account expansion.
  • Accurately document client interactions and sales activities in the Salesforce CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Participate in personal and professional development through coaching, feedback, and training opportunities.
  • Adhere to Corpay’s business processes, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relationship management, with FinTech and payment processing expertise and a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Confident, self-motivated individual with 5+ years of sales or client-facing experience, including cross/upselling and building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to understand complex client needs, business operations, and financial strategies; coupled with strong business acumen and insight into industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data insights to identify opportunities and present tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on active listening and value-based selling.
  • A team player with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and leverage internal resources for client success.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and demonstrates strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales automation systems, pipeline management processes, quarterly reviews, forecasting, and developing complex account strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 25%).
