What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Services Coordinator. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will work cross-functionally within the Client Services Department, with concentration as a leasing agent. The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a high level of service management.

As a Leasing Consultant, an employee will research, coordinate, maintain, and bill leases for apartments and other alternative housing options. This position will ensure all CLC leases are executed and coordinated profitably, to provide an all-inclusive corporate housing and alternative lodging service to CLC Lodging clients. In addition, the Client Services Coordinator will report directly to the implementation supervisor, of Client Services.

Role Responsibilities

  • Communicating effectively with clients and coworkers via phone and email to ensure consistency with CLC policies.
  • Providing high-quality service to clients with minimal to no errors
  • Identifying and resolving client and vendor issues daily, escalating concerns to respective parties.
  • Attending all scheduled training, meetings, or other events as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Exhibiting a high level of resourcefulness, utilizing all tools at hand.
  • Exhibiting a strong level of teamwork, collaborating with your peers daily to ensure all client needs are met at the highest level.
  • Researching and negotiating lease terms for client housing.
  • Reviewing lease contracts and creating client agreements.
  • Researching housing options and presenting them to clients for review.
  • Consulting and follow-up with clients, selling apartment options.
  • Coordinating apartment setup, including but not limited to applications, deposits, and deposit refunds.
  • Coordinating move-in and move-out expenses including but not limited to utilities, furniture, gas, electric cable, and internet.
  • Acting as a liaison between client, property, and/or any vendor to resolve all issues.
  • Contributing to and providing auxiliary support for negotiations with vendors, housing providers, and associated entities.
  • Coordinating the delivery and pick up of furnishings for client housing.
  • Coordinating utility setup and termination by lease terms and client expectations.
  • Completing tasks accurately and promptly, for vendor invoicing, credit card reconciliations, and client invoicing
  • Resolving hotel/client issues and exceptions.
  • Maintaining necessary electronic files and records.
  • Reviewing and researching vendor statements timely for accuracy and reconciliation.
  • Making and/or handling phone calls regarding department billing issues.
  • Processing all required reports and completing all internal procedures required for vendor payment.
  • Cross-training as requested, and with approval, on a proactive basis, to ensure complete coverage within the department.
  • Working effectively with other leasing consultants to share best practices and processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience of three to five years is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the apartment, hospitality, or retail industries is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities are required.
  • Experience with payment processes is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
  • Excellent personal interaction, communication, and phone skills along with a high degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and issue resolution.
