How We Work

As an intern you will be expected to work onsite reporting to our Buckhead office location. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

• Assigned workspace in office
• Company-issued equipment
• Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

• Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to deliver prompt and informative responses to clients
• Resolving all queries and payment investigations in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Performing customer verifications; ‘knowing your customer’;be compliant with every task.
• Able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Able to move payments through the release process with accuracy; suggest improvements in processes.
• Providing professional service, managing internal obstacles invisiblyto the client.
• Working quickly to resolve customer issues
• Proactively monitoring all payment queues within internal systems to ensure outstanding issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Providing feedback to management on customer’s experience and preferences for communication, appreciation, and web content
• Building Corporate FP&A revenue and expense reports via Planful financial reporting tool, including the use of Spotlight Excel-Plug in
• Running and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial (revenue, expense, KPIs) reports

Qualifications & Skills

• Rising college junior or senior majoring in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Scienceor related subject.

• Strong academic record, 3.5 GPA or greater

• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.

• Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.

• Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program through the duration of the internship.

• Minimumcumulative GPA above 3.0 in academically rigorous curriculum.

• Must be committed to working a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeksduring the summer months.
