What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Card Retention Specialist within our Vendor Support division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN or Beaverton, OR. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of vendor retention strategies, utilizing your ability to analyze trends, propose custom solutions, and negotiate continued participation in our virtual card program. You will report directly to the Card Retention Manager and work cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Sales, and Vendor Enrollment teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Designing and implementing vendor retention strategies tailored to high-impact vendors
- Leading vendor negotiations and resolving objections to virtual card acceptance
- Developing custom payment solutions using independent analysis and client data
- Conducting pricing and volume analysis to recommend changes to virtual card incentives
- Advising internal teams on vendor risk mitigation and providing retention forecasts
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance product offerings based on feedback
- Managing vendor case data accurately in Salesforce and internal systems
- Identifying trends and presenting insights to leadership for strategic planning
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in B2B payments, vendor negotiations, or client consulting
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
- High-level negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to present strategic insights to cross-functional leadership
