Marketing Contractor – Writing & Program Management

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Marketing Contractor – Writing & Program Management within our Brand division. This position falls under our Prepaid line of business and is located remotely. In this role, you will support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, contribute high-quality written content, and assist in managing program timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors. You will also support the creation and management of prepaid assets to support Marketing campaigns. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and regularly collaborate with product marketing, sales, design, and digital teams.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Writing and editing compelling B2B marketing content, including emails, blog posts, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral
  • Ensuring messaging aligns with Corpay’s brand voice and business objectives
  • Supporting SEO optimization and content marketing initiatives
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and product teams to translate complex topics into clear, digestible content
  • Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, web, social, events)
  • Developing and managing timelines, project plans, and status reports
  • Liaising with cross-functional stakeholders (product marketing, sales, design, digital) to ensure timely execution
  • Tracking KPIs and campaign performance metrics; preparing summary reports and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong writing and project management background
  • Proven ability to write persuasive marketing copy tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and campaign lifecycle management
  • Experience working with tools like Asana, Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
