Paid Social (Performance Marketing) Director

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Paid Social (Performance Marketing) Director within our Brand division. This position falls under our Digital Sales & Customer Acquisition line of business and is located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. In this role, you will oversee the strategic development, execution, and delivery of paid social media campaigns. You will report directly to VP Digital Acquisition and regularly collaborate with partners in Brand, Media, CRO, Product Marketing, and Site Experience.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Overseeing advertising campaigns through social platforms to grow sales revenue for our small business solutions.
  • Implementing and optimizing performance tactics across multiple acquisition campaigns, increasing value and efficiency of each additional dollar.
  • Planning and coordinating high media spending across social media channels - with a focus on direct response campaigns (nurturing and branding campaigns secondary).
  • Creating a bold and rigorous testing roadmap throughout the year to promote constant learning in all facets of campaigns, including bidding, targeting, and creative.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to improve website experiences for paid social traffic.
  • Overseeing budgets and pacing alongside platform performance to take advantage of recent trends.
  • Monitoring dashboards and essential reporting tools to understand channel effectiveness and react to changes in CPA, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics.
  • Collaborating with marketing, media, and CRO teams to ensure the positive impact of new product roll-outs/tests on paid channels.
  • Collaborating with various teams (Media, Product Marketing, Brand, Site Experience) to develop creative assets and to optimize customer acquisition from social ad to conversion.
  • Communicating campaign updates, progress reports, timelines, and test results on a recurring basis to ensure understanding across all partners.
  • Working with internal analytics and development teams to implement best-in-class tracking and optimization (Facebook Conversions API, Pixels, UTMs, Conversion Lift studies).
  • Overseeing and leading the strategy of our paid social execution agency.
  • Leveraging 1st and 3rd party audience data and tools to enhance paid social performance (Liveramp experience a plus).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 5+ years of related performance marketing experience managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns with monthly budgets greater than $100K (required).
  • Proven track record of improving ROI from paid social (required).
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager (required).
  • At least 2 years of agency or agency management experience (required).
  • Extensive experience with advanced Facebook audience targeting (required).
  • Liveramp experience is a plus.
  • Experience executing LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social ads is a plus.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and optimizing towards multiple KPIs (required).
  • A firm grasp of analytics, testing, and metrics-driven (performance) marketing is required.
  • B2B Experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Conversions API and server-side tracking (required).
