Director, NAP Revenue Optimization

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director, NAP Revenue Optimization, within our Corpay division. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business and is located in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying revenue opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability within the North American Partner LOB. Acting as product liaison in cross function role for new revenue driving offerings, new product development, pricing, product launch and trouble shooting. You will report directly to the SVP and regularly collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to improve pricing strategies, customer segmentation, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Analyzing sales and pricing data to identify revenue trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Optimizing the Corpay rebate engine and troubleshoot pricing challenges
  • Identify revenue leakages, process inefficiencies, or underperforming products/services
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing on pricing strategy, promotions, discounts that align with NAP revenue goals.
  • Managing ongoing Product asks and issues with NAP Partners. Touches cross functional groups to ensure attention and resolution
  • Assisting with Sales success through enablement and training on pricing levers both existing products and new features
  • Maintaining and/or improving much of the existing reporting

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, data analytics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of revenue optimization/management, pricing strategy, marketing & analytics, product development or a related field
  • Knowledge of payments and payment card industry
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficient in revenue management systems and tools, i.e. Excel, SQL (Sequel), Salesforce/CRM software
  • Able to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail and problem resolution skills

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on several factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $150,000.00-$175,000.00.
