What We Need
Corpay is seeking to hire a Partner Relations Specialist to join our high-performing Partner team. This position falls under our NAF line of business and is located in (Buckhead) Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our valued partners, helping to ensure smooth application processing, fast resolution of partner needs, and continuous improvements to our partner experience. You'll collaborate across internal teams and work directly with partners to build trust, solve challenges, and support scalable growth. This role will report to the VP of SMB Risk Strategy and Operations.
How We Work
As a Partner Relations Specialist you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Buckhead Office, Atlanta
- Company-issued equipment + remote access
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Act as a primary point of contact for partner accounts, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Support the sales and onboarding teams by gathering and reviewing partner-submitted documentation for account and application approval.
- Navigate complex or high-volume application cases with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Gather and provide contextual background on partner accounts to internal teams for more informed decision-making.
- Facilitate expedited reviews by managing conditional approvals and proactively moving applications through the pipeline.
- Manage administrative updates, including billing addresses, payment terms, and other account data to reduce friction and avoid processing delays.
- Support the addition of Corpay products (e.g., Comchek) to partner accounts to expand value offerings.
- Perform detailed reviews of applications involving 10+ truck fleets to ensure accuracy and scalable practices.
- Manage existing customer relationships, including Credit Line Increases (CLI), Credit Line Decreases (CLD), and ongoing Terms Management to support partner growth and mitigate risk.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to identify opportunities for growth, gather feedback, and implement strategies to enhance partner experience.
- Proactively monitor partner account health and recommend solutions to optimize their engagement with Corpay’s products and services.

Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a partner support, account management, or operations role
- 3+ years of experience in credit or fraud strategy / operations
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-point to analyze and explain top line issues
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems proactively
- Familiarity with financial services, logistics, or transportation industries is a plus
- Experience managing high-volume applications or complex customer accounts is preferred
