What We Need .
Corpay has an exciting opportunity with its Cross Border Payments Business. This business line is a leader in international payments, technology, and foreign exchange risk management. This exciting role will be with our enterprise integrated payments group which is focused on helping our clients unleash their potential for business expansion and revenues through our value-added Enterprise Suite of Integrated Payment Solutions.
The Director, Financial Institution Sales, reports directly to the SVP of Enterprise Sales, and is responsible for realizing revenue through the entire sales process of an integrated global payments solution– planning, lead generation, developing business cases, and closing while collaborating internally for implementing and maximizing opportunities. This position requires a disciplined and self-driven individual with exceptional, professional communication skills.

Roles Responsibilities
Hunter Role focused on new business within the Financial Institutions vertical space and similar markets.
- Achieve annual and monthly sales as assigned by management
- Present the Company’s integrated global payment solutions to technology and service oriented corporations in the US and Canada to successfully convert these prospects into the Company’s clients.
- Ability to evaluate acquisition cost vs. revenue to drive profitable client relationships; targeting high growth organizations and assigned verticals.
- Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
- Leveraging your industry network to open up new opportunities for Corpay by identifying potential client opportunities, providing industry insight, building market awareness of Corpay and representing us in the industry.
- Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies
- Tracking and updating opportunities and account management via Salesforce (or other CRM) for weekly reviews.
- Perform miscellaneous project and duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- 10+ years of Software as a Solution (SaaS) Sales Experience with a proven track record of success.
- 5+ years selling to Financial Institutions
- Preferable experience in selling cross border payments and integrated payment solutions (APIs and File Integration)
- Some understanding of AML/KYC Compliance as it relates to Financial Institutions, the B2B/B2C or Corporate Payments Industry.
- Ability to identify, position and implement complex services to potential prospects, dealing with multiple prospective customer contacts amongst C-level executives, product, payment and operations leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Fundamental understanding of contracts and presentment of commercial terms
- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
- Proven ability to communication effectively with shared support services and external partners
- A post-secondary College and/or a University degree
- Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) required

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets.
At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $160,000 to $200,000 USD. OTE is in addition to the base salary.
