Job Summary
Our 8‑Week Rotational Summer Internship Program provides an immersive learning experience designed to introduce college students to key functions within our organization. Interns will rotate through Finance, Credit, and Commercial Banking, gaining hands‑on exposure, engaging in meaningful project work, and collaborating with experienced professionals across the company. This program is ideal for college students seeking to broaden their understanding of financial services and develop practical, real‑world skills.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Finance Rotation (3 Weeks)
During your time with the Finance team, you will:
- Research and analyze current investor presentation materials
- Develop recommendations for enhancements to investor decks
- Present your findings to the Finance team
- Participate in investor calls and observe executive‑level discussions
Credit Rotation (4 Weeks)
In the Credit rotation, you will:
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts
- Assist with spreads and financial analysis
- Observe pre‑flight meetings and learn how credit decisions are evaluated
- Contribute to a team‑based project (assignment determined at program start)
Commercial Banking Rotation – (1 Week)
Your final week will be spent with the Commercial Banking team, where you will:
- Join client calls with both prospects and existing clients
- Shadow team members to understand business development and relationship management
- Meet with key leaders
Internship Outcomes-
- Gain exposure across multiple business areas
- Work directly with leaders and subject‑matter experts
- Build valuable experience for future careers in finance, credit, or banking
- Participate in meaningful projects with real organizational impact
- Expand your professional network
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
- Complete all mandatory annual compliance training.
- Follow regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering and other unlawful activities, as well as regulations pertaining to lending and consumer compliance to include fair lending laws.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
- A minimum of two years of undergraduate coursework in a related field
Required:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with financial institution products and services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
