Overview

Job Purpose

Talent Acquisition Partners drive the day-to-day execution of talent acquisition by identifying and creating opportunities to work effectively and efficiently with internal clients while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of recruiting efforts for assigned client groups
  • Utilize flexible resources as needed to meet hiring demand
  • Facilitate communication between hiring managers, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to ensure excellent service, responsiveness and effective hiring outcomes
  • Develop consultative relationships with business leadership, meeting regularly to understand business priorities, hiring plans, and talent needs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition management and business leadership to create and execute recruiting strategies, maximize employer branding opportunities, improve processes and successfully hire candidates
  • Partner with HRBPs on business objectives, hiring needs, challenges and recruiting plans
  • Create pipeline strategies to build and maintain a continual supply of potential talent for ICE
  • Build relationships with candidates through community and organization engagement
  • Attend hiring events and participate in talent sourcing opportunities as needed
  • Collaborate with other TA team members to share information, generate ideas, and leverage resources to facilitate high-quality, effective hiring

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • 6+ years recruiting and proactive candidate sourcing experience in a professional hiring environment
  • Strong preference for technical recruiting experience
  • Has high energy, self-motivation, and a results-oriented working style
  • Strong team player, with a commitment to collaboration and communication
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and judgment
  • Ability to quickly build relationships, handle multiple priorities and organize workloads
