Job Purpose
The Client Dedicated Cash and Corporate Accounting Consultant role is a senior individual contributor role focused on providing subject matter expertise on Mortgage and Consumer servicing Cash and Corporate accounting functions across the ICE Mortgage Technology Solutions. This position will be responsible for impact analysis, knowledge transfer, business reviews, internal and external reporting, and program management of engagements impacting the assigned functional area.
Responsibilities
- Works within a team on Investor and Corporate Accounting business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements.
- Expertly configures, research and documents client needs related to the assigned function.
- Defines product scope, objectives, and requirements. Defines specifications and data models for product development and testing.
- Provides recommendations on best practices and changes in technology accordingly.
- Devises and/or modifies processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and to solve the most complex business process problems.
- Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests. Conducts tests using client data to be certain client needs will be met.
- Consults directly with the client and may travel to the client site (up to 30% anticipated).
- Acts as team leader for consulting projects, leading sub-plans, or small projects. May mentor, guide, advise, and/or check the work of less experienced Technology Business Consultants.
- May play a key role in the training of client and technical support personnel on enhancements, new analytics, or procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience
- Familiarity with ICE Mortgage Technology products and service required.
- In-depth knowledge of Mortgage and Investor and Corporate Accounting operations and related ICE Mortgage Technology products required.
- Familiarity with Payment Services integrations required.
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels (e.g. executives, managers, individual contributors).
- Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines.
- Ability to estimate work effort for configurations and ensure the project is successfully completed.
Remote Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role is between $110,000 - 140,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
