Overview

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for delivery of technology solutions and relationship management for one or more assigned projects. This is a unique role in that it is engaged end-to-end with the sales cycle, project implementation, and subsequent handoff to support for assigned client opportunities. This role works to create and deliver technical presentations for both current and new Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) products and must be very comfortable interacting with all levels of business and technical staff to efficiently move clients through the sales process and subsequent implementation project. Additionally, due to the deep technical, analytical, and communication skills of the individuals in this role, we continuously engage as a liaison between ICE and client staff on the implementation and troubleshooting of ICE solutions within the client’s environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary technical contact and client liaison during product implementations.
  • Maintains contact with the client at all levels including executive leadership.
  • Partners with the client to identify and solution technology integrations critical to project success.
  • Provides guidance and support to ICE and client project resources relevant to integrations solutions.
  • Identifies revenue opportunities related to additional ICE products or solutions while managing project scope.
  • Creates and delivers technical presentations.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Displays strong interpersonal skills with ability to work closely with others in a fast paced, challenging environment.
  • Exhibits high degree of initiative. Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Displays strong leadership skills with sound decision making abilities.
  • Broad understanding of the mortgage lifecycle and related mortgage servicing technologies required.
  • Technical background in either networking, systems administration, database administration, or software development preferred.
  • Proficient in use of common business applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience with ICE mortgage servicing and originations products specifically MSP, preferred.
  • Experience with real time integrations (SOAP/REST), database integrations, cloud, file transmission and network solutions are a plus.
