Job Description
The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services,
technology, and mortgage industries.
The Client Delivery Intern will support the Client Delivery team's processes and deliverables, with an eye toward identifying process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Shadow Client Delivery team members to understand key team deliverables
- Help maintain process documentation with applicable updates, and review existing processes to identify potential improvements
- Assist in monitoring key data elements to support Client Delivery success
- Triage incoming internal inquiries around Client Delivery processes, with support from the Client Delivery Manager
- Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field) and be at least advancing to their junior year of study
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, diagnose problems, and formulate solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized enough to support multiple tasks at once
Internship Program Schedule
To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:
- Option 1: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027
- Option 2: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027
Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.
Please Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
