Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Improve and assist in portfolio and investment level analysis including performance and liquidity analysis
  • Work with internal and third-party stakeholders to ensure accurate flow of information and transaction execution
  • Participate in investment committee and portfolio strategy meetings
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • Strong Excel user
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

  • Confident in interpersonal skills/personal interaction
  • Detail oriented and outstanding organizational skills a must
  • Well-rounded with interests outside school
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as independently

Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree and graduating summer 2025 with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proven curiosity about finance, economics, and capital markets
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills; ambitious and creative demeanor
  • Ability to manage projects concurrently
  • High energy with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
