2024 Summer STS Intern

The Team

Job Purpose (Job Summary)
The candidate for this position will be part of one of the functions that comprise STS and will be responsible for day-to-day support of various projects and team initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support of high-level communications, talent programs and culture building

  • Works to highlight automation opportunities and identify efficiencies of core processes

Skills / Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work with diverse groups.

  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and give presentations

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel including macros and pivot tables

Functional Specific Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to juggle the coordination and planning of multiple events

  • Experience with social media campaigns

  • Graphic design capabilities a plus

Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

  • Preferred Majors: Communications/ Marketing

  • Current Junior or Senior working towards an undergraduate degree

  • Demonstrated academic achievement
