Job Description

Your Role:

• Under the direction of the Sr Content Product Owner, works with the Legal, Compliance, Risk and Audit business to implement their SharePoint Content Management sites

• Works with the business to define their content management requirements

• Develops communications on the status of their implementation

• Develops SharePoint Content Management sites based on the user requirements

• Facilitates discussion on changes to the Content Taxonomy

The Experience You Bring:

• Prior experience as Business Analyst/Data Analyst is a plus

• Experience developing content data or content solutions a plus

• Ability to lead the analysis of new content types, providing facilitation to reconcile differences between groups

Other Skills:

• Data or Technology background, knowledge and experience is a plus

• General understanding of data management and data access

• Passionate about providing the highest quality of content to the end-users

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills

• A self-starter who can quickly establish relationships with their business users

• Detail-oriented

• Intellectually curious

• Customer focus and with a keen interest in providing superb services to clients and partners

• Deadline focused with a strong sense of attention to detail
