Job Description
Your role: Provide support to the Technology and Operations, Risk & Controls Leadership team by providing high-quality data-driven risk analytics and controls assurance. Work with Information Risk & Controls Lead to develop and maintains dynamic risk-aligned controls inventory by business functions
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Review and document technology/business processes to identify key risks and associated or expected controls.
Research and document efficient/automated controls testing procedures.
Coordinates and manages the general controls testing status concerning the accuracy and effectiveness of the compliance (SOC1 and SOX) related controls.
Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures as appropriate.
Effectively communicates and interacts with Technology and Operations leaders/managers.
Prepares dynamic monthly/quarterly risk & controls status reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience you bring:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree graduating between December 2025 and Summer 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals internally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and flexible
Outside-the-box thinker
Working knowledge of Python, PowerBI, or can work with Databases (SQL or Oracle)
