Job Description

The Team

The Web Experience and Production team is key to creating and maintaining our website presence for clients across North America and EMEA. This team is responsible for developing go-to-market digital experiences, regular BAU activities and implementing regulatory updates on our websites across these regions.

Your Role

  • Help our business partners achieve their goals by leveraging digital services in the most effective way.
  • Play a part in Invesco’s digital transformation to new capabilities (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target)
  • Deliver creative content on our websites and assist in managing our digital platforms within North America and potentially EMEA.
  • Potential to develop and implement A/B testing strategies aligned with business goals and user experience objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for each test.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Learn and contribute to the identification of areas where content templates and authoring processes can be improved and made more efficient.
  • Assist in documenting and organizing a library of new content modules, features, and templates.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Technology teams to understand updates and capabilities related to templates and content.
  • Help ensure that published pages adhere to established best practices for content quality and consistency.
  • Produce cross-platform content experiences (articles, content pages, landing pages, etc) in the CMS.
  • Assist with tasks related to sizing and uploading images for content.
  • Take ownership of individual projects and manage them within set timelines, demonstrating self-motivation and responsibility.
  • Collaborate with product leads and UX/UI team members to assist in implementing tests within Adobe platforms.
  • Assist in aligning website syndication with the editorial calendar to ensure content is published on schedule.
  • Help identify and address broken links within content experiences.
  • Work alongside compliance and technical control teams to maintain appropriate standards and compliance within content.
  • This role provides opportunities for learning and growth while contributing to the team's content creation and optimization efforts.

The Experience You Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience working editorially with varied forms of digital content across digital platforms
  • Prior experience working within Financial Services and /or Asset Management is a plus but not required.
  • Hands on CMS experience publishing content using AEM
  • Experience tagging and tracking performance with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Previously worked within the Adobe Experience Cloud platform, including Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience with Agile process
  • Intermediate understanding of SEO best practices
  • Digital design skills, including a solid understanding of fonts, color palettes, photo image sizing.
  • Good organizational and time management skills and the ability to oversee projects from conception to delivery
  • Ability to build effective relationships with editors, stakeholders, and technical teams.
