Your Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, personable, and detail-oriented Early Careers Coordinator to join Invesco’s Early Careers team.

As part of the team managing the firm’s Early Careers programs, you will support all aspects of these initiatives. You’ll help recruit university and college talent alongside our Head of University Relations and assist with organizing both the summer intern and Early Careers analyst programs with our Head of Global Programming and Curriculum Design.

You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver a best-in-class experience for interns and Early Careers analysts while gaining exposure to talent development, recruiting, and strategic HR operations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assist in coordinating and managing intern program, including onboarding, training, and performance feedback.

  • Support the planning and execution of events related to all Early Careers analyst development, recruiting events, and community partnerships

  • Coordinate logistics for events including space booking, catering, materials, and guest communications

  • Assist with scheduling speaker sessions, and program events across multiple time zones

  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners

  • Work closely with HR, business sponsors, and external vendors to ensure smooth program delivery

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), and assess candidates' qualifications.

  • Work directly with the university relations manager to help process interns and early career new hires into the organization

  • Utilize the workday platform to track candidates’ lifecycle.

  • Maintain and update dashboards and reports related to early career demographics, program metrics, and engagement data

  • Assist in preparing presentations and summaries to update senior leaders

The experience you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, campus recruiting, or a related field

  • Interest in asset management or financial services is a plus

  • Comfortable utilizing Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience in data analytics is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well with others across teams and balance multiple deliverables

  • Resilient and innovative approach; willing to challenge the status quo with new solutions

  • Collaborate across teams to effectively get things done

  • Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations
