As a Deal Set Up and Funding Associate, your primary focus will be supporting the facilitation of syndicated loans of Fortune 500 companies through the deal closing process to help ensure they reach their financial goals. While utilizing effective communication skills, it is important that you focus on partnerships between the front office, legal, transaction coordinators and the account servicing teams to deliver a first-class client experience. Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) is part of the Commercial Bank. JPMorgan Chase & Co’s Commercial Bank provides lending services to multiple business units across the firm and around the world. The organization provides loan documentation, closing and funding, payment and fee processing, syndication loan trade processing, credit administration, collateral management, customer service and reporting; and construction management. | |
