As an Invoice and Payments Product Associate in the Global Invoicing and Payments team, you play a key role in supporting payment operations and process enhancements. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment and billing issues
- Recommend and implement process improvements, including automation
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor key performance indicators
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance through audits and documentation updates
- Manage service level agreements, standard procedures, and process maps
- Lead and deliver training for internal teams and suppliers
- Create and manage project plans for business and process improvement initiatives
- Communicate regularly with senior management to drive continuous improvement
- Support integration of teams and suppliers into payment and billing systems
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all processes
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, invoicing, and payment processes
- Proactive, analytical problem solver with attention to detail
- Quick learner of new concepts and technologies
- Skilled in root cause analysis and process improvement
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and documentation abilities
- Outstanding communicator and effective team player
- Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and deliver results efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Client-focused, with strong listening and resolution skills
- Creative thinker who challenges conventional practices
- Commitment to driving continuous improvement
