Job responsibilities

  • Conduct phone interviews with potential and existing auto customers; investigate and ensure due diligence
  • Interact with dealers, external customers and internal departments within Chase
  • Conduct employment and insurance verification
  • Investigate and verify pertinent loan information
  • Perform application rekeys to identify and correct application submission errors
  • Meet or exceed quality control audits
  • Participate in the document retention process

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Customer service and/or retail sales experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt within a changing environment
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Auto Finance experience
  • Experience within a call center environment preferred
