DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Deliver detailed, actionable, and practical insights related to specific payment products to product management and leadership stakeholders. Perform data mining through JPMC's diverse data structures and technology stacks focused on data infrastructure. Utilize programming languages to construct comprehensive baseline data sets. Conduct thorough research, identifying root causes, performing in-depth analyses of potential inconsistencies, issues, and technical events. Responsible for guiding the development of reporting solutions including outlining data sets, executing automation strategies, integrating complex development, and governance models of a bank. Navigate and optimize models to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Data Engineer, CRM Analyst, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Data Engineer, CRM Analyst, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Utilizing data mining and analysis using data structures and platforms, including AWS, Snowflake, and Hadoop; Designing ETL pipelines and executing data migrations; Utilizing SQL and Python in developing and managing data sets; Utilizing languages including SQL and Python for data processing and automation. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Creating data visualizations and reports using Tableau and Power BI; Leading implementations and integrating multiple data sources for reporting; Conducting research by performing root cause analysis and resolving data inconsistencies and technical issues; Investigating data issues and providing analysis for process improvement; Guiding the development of reporting solutions including outlining data sets and executing automation strategies; Orchestrating seamless integration of data sources and implementing data governance; Utilizing data governance models to manage data and ensure compliance with regulations relating to financial institutions, and navigating and optimizing these models; Establishing best practices for data sharing and visualization; Utilizing cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Snowflake and data management systems including Oracle and AWS Suite; Managing data processing.
