Software Engineer [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting to build solutions or break down technical problems. Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions. Partner with clients, customers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and work through cross impact. Identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use the insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging Technologies. Create secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development. Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology and Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Techno-Functional Consultant, or related occupation. Will accept pre- or post- Bachelor's degree experience. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology and Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Techno-Functional Consultant, or related occupation. Will accept pre- or post- Bachelor's degree experience.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Creating, designing, and documenting Functional and configuration specifications; Designing, implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Payroll process automation tasks to support efficient payroll processing; Developing and customizing Fast Formulas and HCM personalization for business rules; Developing and debugging Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL; Creating and designing new reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and Oracle BI Publisher; Performing Data Validation and Data Loads using Oracle HCM Cloud, HCM Data Loader, and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader; Designing and implementing hire to retire Oracle HCM Core HR lifecycle including workforce structures, descriptive flex fields, and approval rules. Experience in skills may be gained pre- or post-Bachelor's degree.
