Legal Entity Risk [Multiple Positions Available]

Duties: Monitor and report on holistic portfolio at the legal entity and country levels. Perform portfolio variance, trend, and concentration analysis. Design, monitor, and establish technology requirements for legal entity reporting. Elaborate materials for board and committee-level updates, focusing on risk profiles, trends, strategy, and commentary. Partner with stakeholders to drive execution and outcomes within established frameworks. Lead requirements for legal entity credit approvals. Work with credit risk subject matter experts and partners to ensure internal and external deliverables are met, acting as the focal point for legal entity credit matters and escalations. Document and standardize policies for specific credit risk processes across lines of business. Develop and control content in line with firmwide practices. Coordinate and implement regulatory requirements, including existing, proposed, and amended regulations. Provide regulatory interpretations prior to feedback and implementation, tracking and minimizing bespoke processes. Participate as a subject matter expert on regulatory updates, exams, and internal/external audits to ensure consistent messaging.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Legal Entity Risk, Corporate Treasurer, Financial Analyst, Controller, Financial Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or as Legal Entity Risk, Corporate Treasurer, Financial Analyst, Controller, Financial Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires four (4) years of experience with the following: Monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance at both legal entity and country levels; Analyzing credit risk management policy and technicalities including requirements for legal entity credit approvals; Documenting and standardizing policies for credit risk processes; Reviewing regulatory requirements and assessing impact to Credit Risk; Translating regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables, including interpreting, coordinating, and implementing regulations.

Full-Time. Salary: $175,000 - $ 211,000 per year.
