These include Conference Centers, Dining Services, Corporate Insurance, Document and Business Solutions, Supplier Engagement, Global Security, and Global Real Estate, which collectively support the firm’s businesses across 60 countries.
CAO Finance & Business Management (F&BM) is a global team based in New York City, Jersey City, Plano, Bengaluru, London, and Hong Kong. We manage CAO expense performance and controls, deliver insightful analysis, and present critical information to CAO leadership, lines of business, and firmwide finance teams.
As an Associate Business Manager within Global Security, you will collaborate with leaders across the North America Region Corporate & Technical Security, Consumer Security, and Executive Security. You will be responsible for promoting financial planning and analysis, establishing and reporting key performance indicators, preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews, and identifying opportunities for automation and self-service dashboards. This role reports to the North America Region Security Business Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare executive‑ready materials by developing monthly and quarterly business reviews and ad‑hoc updates for senior management; translate complex information into clear narratives and visuals.
- Lead financial planning and analysis by driving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and expense management; advise department heads on drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Define and track KPIs by establishing, reporting, and analyzing metrics that measure strategy and operational performance across Global Security workstreams.
- Enable automation and self‑service by identifying opportunities and partnering with teams to develop dashboards and tools that improve transparency and accelerate decision‑making.
- Manage projects and workstreams by coordinating cross‑CAO, Global Security, LOB operations, and supplier stakeholders; track milestones and drive next steps to completion.
- Strengthen controls and risk management by identifying business risks, proposing and implementing mitigating controls, and maintaining a strong control environment.
- Build team engagement by coordinating materials for town halls, recognition, and strategy sessions; maintain documentation and resources on SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Bring experience in Business Management, COO, or Finance/FP&A roles supporting complex operational teams.
- Produce timely, executive‑quality presentations and reports with strong attention to detail and design.
- Communicate effectively, manage stakeholders, organize work, and drive projects to completion.
- Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., advanced formatting, pivot tables) to structure and visualize data clearly.
- Manage priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment with self‑motivation and tenacity.
- Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate familiarity with security, operations, or risk/control environments.
- Build dashboards and automate workflows using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx, and collaborate via SharePoint and Teams.
- Articulate design rationale and iterate on wireframes and mockups.
