As a Supervisory Associate in the Discretionary Accounts Control Team, you drive solutions and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful business initiatives. Your day-to-day efforts will include partnering with key stakeholders spanning onboarding, proposal, trade, billing, performance, risk, and compliance. You are highly organized, self-motivated, and a critical thinker and problem solver. You help us maintain a proactive risk and control culture while supporting product development and change management. Together, we create value for our clients and our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product roadmaps with clear feature and functionality timelines.
- Track releases and manage product governance, including product cabinet meetings.
- Lead agile ceremonies—daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives—to drive continuous delivery.
- Gather, document, and refine requirements as epics and user stories; facilitate solution‑focused discussions.
- Support engineering with timely clarifications and remove impediments to maintain momentum.
- Prioritize and groom the product backlog based on business cases and stakeholder input.
- Partner across product, proposal, trade, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and operations to manage resourcing, controls, readiness, and change while coordinating cross‑functional delivery across lines of business.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum one year of experience in product management experience in agile delivery environments
- Minimum one year of experience in system integration experience
- Demonstrated success leading the end‑to‑end product lifecycle and launching features
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong rapport‑building skills with end users
- Executive‑ready communication and presentation skills across all levels
- Analytical, solutions‑oriented “thinker and doer” who drives vision to execution
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- JIRA, Excel, Power Point, and Alteryx experience.
