As a Sales Support Analyst within the Client Service Delivery team at JPMorganChase and InstaMed, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to meet revenue goals by ensuring a smooth client onboarding process. You will balance client needs with firm policies, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and clear communication to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Job responsibilities
- Support Sales and Account Management teams in achieving annual revenue targets.
- Develop a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products, and processes.
- Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to complete enrollment materials.
- Review, submit, and initiate contracts for underwriting and implementation.
- Manage maintenance tasks for incoming account requests.
- Resolve customer escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant activities.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Quick learner with the ability to articulate InstaMed’s value proposition.
- Sound judgment in setting expectations and managing sensitive situations.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing daily tasks and follow-ups.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Experience in healthcare technology.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
