As the CFO for Payments Sales, Marketing & Transformation, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior executives, leading a collaborative team to drive business performance and transformation. You will foster innovation, ensure business risks are managed, and help define the roadmap for success. Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior executives to define and execute business strategy for Payments Sales, Marketing & Transformation, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Shape and drive the business roadmap, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a global team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Oversee financial reporting, expense discipline, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate tracking and realization of revenue and ROI.
- Lead the development and implementation of dashboards and reporting automation to support decision-making.
- Drive harmonization of tools, processes, and performance measurement across teams and regions.
- Operate as a trusted advisor to business heads, proactively building relationships and influencing outcomes.
- Respond to executive ad-hoc requests, including project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
- Facilitate and lead governance forums, drive policy enhancements, and identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Experience in finance, business management, strategy, or COO roles within financial services, with proven leadership in large-scale transformation and integration.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive agendas.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables), with a focus on design excellence and reporting automation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams, fostering inclusion and professional growth.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills; entrepreneurial and initiative-taker mindset.
- Disciplined approach to managing and improving processes, controls, and risk frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with global payments, sales, or marketing functions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management in financial services.
- Track record of driving digital transformation and process automation.
