DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Create and manage advanced visualization dashboards for each group to effectively monitor product usage, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders. Collaborate with partners in Operations Servicing, Machine Learning, Intelligent Operations Product, and Customer Experience to deliver actionable data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making, prioritize the product roadmap, drive cost savings, improve process efficiencies, and enhance customer satisfaction. Lead analytics initiatives across Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) and beyond as the product expands into non-CCB areas. Generate multi-million- dollar savings through comprehensive deep-dive analyses employing statistical techniques and advanced methodologies to understand the operational landscape. Conduct independent, in-depth analysis of large, detailed session-level datasets. Formulate and test hypotheses, research user behavior, derive meaningful insights, and effectively communicate findings through data visualizations to senior stakeholders. Analyze the complete journey of customers and servicing agents from both the operational and customer experience perspective. Provide expert data-driven consultation on automation opportunities to optimize efficiency and enhance service delivery. Perform detailed cost-benefit analysis of the product, providing insightful analysis to highlight key areas of impact and inform strategic decisions. Design and execute robust A/B testing to measure product effectiveness. Support finance teams in budgeting and strategic planning by providing data- backed recommendations. Develop efficient ETL data pipelines and create multiple daily reports and process controls using SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau. Support machine learning product usage and line of business operations with accurate and timely data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure alignment with overall business goals and strategic initiatives. Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Market Research Analyst, Global Business Services Learning and Development Co- op, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Market Research Analyst, Global Business Services Learning and Development Co- op, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Utilizing SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau with the Cloud, AWS, and Snowflake to retrieve and transform data, complete statistical analysis, and create advanced visualizations for storytelling; Utilizing GitHub and Bitbucket to participate in peer code reviews developing code. This position requires at least one (1) year of experience with the following: Behavioral and transactional analytics tools and techniques including linear regression models, logistic regression models, inferential statistics, deep learning models, designing and implementing predictive models using packages including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and XGBoost; Defining business KPIs/OKRs and establishing measurement frameworks; Designing A/B tests and evaluating experiment results; Analyzing structured and unstructured data and building ETL processes.
