As a Product Associate in Employee Voice , you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. As a valued member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences. You will partner with numerous stakeholders within the firm, as well as with vendors, in the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of surveys and other related listening projects. This role will be critical in supporting efforts for the firmwide Employee Opinion Survey and other lifecycle surveys, including candidate experience and new employee experience surveys. This person will take an active role in interpreting and communicating survey results across the firm and in developing insights about the firm’s culture and management practices.
- Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
- Support the implementation of the firmwide Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and other surveys within the listening strategy
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to use existing employee research and to develop new tools/surveys to support their data and information needs
- Serve as subject matter expert/consultant on survey content, administration and analysis/reporting for surveys being conducted across the firm while identifying opportunities for leveraging survey and other research to find insights on firmwide culture and practices
- Ensure all appropriate data privacy, security and controls requirements are incorporated into all survey processes
- Interpret employee survey and research data, seeking insights to raise to leadership teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs)
- Prepare executive presentations highlighting insights for business leaders
- Partner with the HR CDAO function to maximize the use of the employee data and with other firmwide groups like Communications, Workforce Technology, Data Privacy, DOI as needed
- Work with the HR Advisory community to ensure they are equipped to work with their clients to understand employee data
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Knowledge of research methods and prior experience creating and administering measurement tools, such as surveys
- Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in Excel is required
- Ability to identify and communicate critical insights through appealing data-driven visualizations (PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis tool (e.g., R, Python)
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy
- An advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics or other Behavioral Science
