As a Digital Alts Experience Associate in the Alternative Investments Middle Office, you will play a vital role in supporting JPMorgan Private Bank's global investor community. JPMorgan's Alternative Investments business is one of the fastest-growing segments within Asset & Wealth Management, with over $250 billion in assets under management, making it one of the largest alternative investment platforms in the world.

In this role, you will own the digital client experience for subscriptions, redemptions, corporate actions, and transfers across private equity, hedge funds, evergreen funds and private real estate funds. You will safeguard sensitive client data and proprietary fund documents while collaborating with internal teams, including front office advisors, structuring, and investor relations, to deliver a first-class digital experience. You'll create and optimize DocuSign templates and partner closely with technology teams to enhance client satisfaction and reduce errors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep expertise across the alternative investments platform, including hedge fund subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers; private equity commitments and capital activity; document review; reconciliation oversight; and client reporting and fulfillment.
  • Document procedures and process flows with precision and clarity.
  • Assist in developing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create and maintain training materials for the team.
  • Serve as a resource for the investor community on JPMorgan's alternative investment products.
  • Support the processing and review of alternative investment documents.
  • Design and refine templates for subscription, redemption, transfer, corporate action, and subscriber information documents.
  • Compile MIS data and reporting for senior management.
  • Contribute to and lead projects across middle office, administration, and operations functions.
  • Drive product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.

  • Proficiency with technology platforms and client account data.
  • Experience in workflow analysis and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Operational and/or client service experience
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models
  • Background in asset or wealth management. Familiarity with private banking operations
  • Experience with alternative investments or alternatives operations. Exposure to international offices and cross-border procedures
  • The ideal candidate will quickly develop a strong understanding of the functions and services provided by the Alternatives Middle Office team. You should bring excellent critical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills—and a readiness to contribute from day one.
