As an Data Visualization Associate within the Workforce and Technology Enablement team, you will identify and evaluate opportunities to streamline manual processes and implement automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and/or ThoughtSpot to deliver efficient, automated solutions. Responsibilities include extracting, analyzing, and summarizing data for ad hoc stakeholder requests and contributing to the ongoing modernization of our data processes, including data collection and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across Workforce & Experience Technology to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches, leveraging multiple data sources to uncover actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis activities.
- Develop compelling data visualizations and narratives that influence decisions at the executive level.
- Act as a thought partner to stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities where analytics can improve performance and efficiency.
- Design, build, and own high-impact dashboards, reports, and analytical assets used by senior leaders and product teams.
- Collaborate closely with enablement teams, product, and technology partners to ensure data quality, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Required qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role, ideally within financial services or a complex regulated environment.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Expertise with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), with a proven track record of building executive-ready dashboards.
- Leverage Alteryx to design and automate data preparation, transformation, and analytics workflows
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and influence—especially with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple research/analytics projects simultaneously.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping analytical solutions where requirements are not fully defined.
Preferred qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Familiarity with modern data platforms is a plus.
